Larry is the founder and Managing Partner of the firm. He is a 1971 graduate of the University of Illinois. Prior to starting the firm, he began his career with two national accounting firms. Larry is primarily responsible for the firm's tax practice and is also heavily involved in all phases of small business services. He has a strong background in trust and estate planning and gives lectures and seminars on this topic. Also, he has extensive experience in the valuation of closely held businesses for estate tax and litigation support purposes. Larry is an accredited estate planner by the National Association of Estate Planning Council and a member of the Hoosier Hills Estate Planning Council. He is a member of the Illinois and Indiana CPA Societies. Larry is a past president of the Indiana CPA Society, and of the AICPA Council and a current member of the State Board of Accountancy. |
